Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all Oakcha products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben-free. We never test on animals and ensure all our ingredients are ethically sourced.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened products. Due to the nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened or sprayed, but we do offer sample sets to help you find your perfect scent first.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
